Medicaid Options is Florida's Medicaid managed care enrollment program. Qualified beneficiaries enroll through the toll-free Medicaid Options HelpLine to receive their health care services.

In an effort to provide additional access, EDS will extend call center hours until 8 PM EST for the Recipient Services Contact Center (1-888-367-6554). In addition, the EDS staff will be returning calls on the weekends to assist with choice selections.
