Managed Care Plan X12 Testing

The following test files are currently available. Please note that two versions are provided below. File version “A” is an 834 transaction that is displayed for readability, not testing. File version "B" contains a tilde ("~") as the segment terminator. Files generated during production will contain a tilde ("~") as the segment terminator. It may be most appropriate for testing activities to use version "B" of the test file.

File Exchange Calendar

Please review the file exchange calendar for details of when Enrollment related files will be made available from the fiscal agent. Also noted are the dates for plans to submit files to the fiscal agent. As project activities progress, these dates may change slightly. Please monitor for any updates to the file exchange calendar.
