This page provides managed care plans with helpful information and tools related to fiscal agent file exchange, guidance for understanding data, and reports.
Managed Care File Exchange Status
This section provides health plans with the general status of 834 and 820 files routinely posted to the secure Web Portal. Please monitor this site for any unexpected delays that impact the availability of files according to their planned schedule. The status will only be updated on normal business days.
Messages are intended to provide general status for all plans. However, on occasion a particular plan’s file may have an issue. Plans can contact the EDI Helpdesk, (866) 586-0961, for further status when their file is not available as expected. Also it is important to note, all plans will not always receive an 834 Daily file.
NOTE: The 834 file status will be determined daily by 9:30 AM EST. If the files will not be available, the message will be updated indicating when the files are expected to be available, and a date and time stamp will appear. When files are posting appropriately, there will not be a date and time stamp on the message.
834 Daily File Status: All files are available according to the planned schedule for delivery.
